This Weeks Meals





Meal 1: Breakfast Sandwich: 1 egg, 1 egg white, bagel thin, 1 slice pepper-jack cheese

Meal 2: Salad: Lettuce, Quinoa, mango, sundried tomato, cucumber, honey mustard dressing



Meal 3: Celery and greek yogurt and orange

Meal 4: Salad: motzeralla, grilled peaches, pine nuts, crushed red pepper, pesto/ricotta 





Meal 5: Skinny Cow
